Vintage Deadstock 80s Italian "Paninaro Style" cotton six panel cap with vents eyelets and close back elasticated.
FIT ADVISE
The caps comes in size CM 55 - 56 - 57 - 58 - 59 circumference inside of the cap.
The size 58 to 59 there's very little difference, it depends on your desire fit. If you wear a size cap 7 1/4 to 7 3/8 I'd suggest to order the larger sizes 58 & 59.
I washed/soaked one cap in mild warm water and let it dry in the sun and it shrunk to a perfect fit.
